Family Reunion

Private property located at 1103 Peach Creek Rd, Waelder, Tx

The event is in an open field with no water, power or sewer.  There is a water source on the property and the renters will refill their fresh water tanks as needed.  They will also dump the gray tank during their stay as needed.  The group is okay with the gray tanks being emptied in the field upon pick up.  They will provide their own generators for power.  They have been having this event for many years using rental trailers and are very familiar with the process.

Rates are as follows.  No additional dump fee will be charged.

3 night – 20% discount off reg rate plus a $50-120 delivery fee.

2 night – reg rate (no upcharge) plus a $50-120 delivery fee.

Each owner can set their own del rate.  Just keep in mind that the renters will usually choose the trailers with better rates first.

This is usually Spring Break week, so check your calendars to make sure you don’t have yearly rentals on these dates.

You will need to let me know if you want your trailer offered for this event and what your delivery fee will be.  Once you let me know your trailer is available, you will need to leave it open or contact me prior to booking it yourself.
