Arrival & Departure Instructions

 As Soon as You Arrive

  • Inspect trailer inside & out → check for existing damage or issues
  • Turn on campsite water faucet → make sure trailer faucets are OFF
  • No sewer hook-ups? → check holding tank level indicator
  • Check trailer supplies & condition → NBOA usually records existing damage with photos, but if in doubt, report it.

    ⚠️ Must notify NBOA of any damage, missing items, or holding tank issues within 2 hours of arrival.


 Soon after arrival

  • Turn on propane → located outside the trailer at the hitch.
  • Turn on water heater → wait ~30 minutes then check for hot water.

  Prior to Leaving

  • Inspect trailer inside & out → check for new damage or issues.
  • Clean what you used: Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven, Pots & Pans, Dishes, Coffee Pot, Microwave, Sinks, etc.
  • Return → all items back to their original location
  • Close → Windows, Vents, Awning, Exterior Doors.
  • Turn OFF → AC, Water Heater, Water.
  • Trash → DO NOT leave trash inside or outside the trailer.
  • Report issues → water in bathtub, broken/damaged items, or any trailer problems.

 As You Leave

  • Lock the door → place the key in the front right storage compartment.
  • Text NBOA with your name upon departure →
