  • SEWER – No sewer, no dump station – you will need to find a place to dump your trailer following the event

DELIVERY – We will have early access, usually the Sat prior.  Committee trailers need to be placed on Monday.  If you have a team trailer, it is HIGHLY recommended to have your trailer on site no later than Tues for ease of placement.  We will have tons of room to maneuver our trucks & trailers.  Some areas will have fences, porta potties, tents, etc around them.  By delivering early, we can get our trailers in before the obstructions are in place.  All trailers will have to be in place and ready to go by the end of Wed prior to the event.

PICK UP – Most TEAM trailers will be ready by noon on Sunday.  Some will have to stay until Monday due to being blocked in.  There is no rush to pick up your trailer unless you are blocking someone else in.  COMMITTEE trailers will usually need to stay until Monday, but at times are available on Sunday.

POWER/WATER/SEWER – Sites will be powered by Sunbelt generators (30amp only).  There won’t be power when you set up your trailer so you will need to be able to power it off your battery or truck.  Power is usually turned on starting at 2pm on Thursday.  Trailers will need to be filled with fresh water prior to delivery.  Make sure the water pump works. They will have water fills and dumps available to the teams as needed during the event.  There is no sewer on site.

If your trailer is also booked for the Rodeo, you’ll be able to take it directly to the Rodeo from the cookoff and you’ll be able to dump the tanks there.  If you are not going to the Rodeo, you’ll need to find a dump location.

You will need:

  • an adaptor if your trailer is 50amp.
  • RV extension cord
  • 2 full tanks of propane
  • Adding a space heater will help save your propane
  • An Interior floor mat will help if it rains during the rental
  • Extra Toilet Valve
  • Extra Water Pump

You will need to let me know if you want your trailer to be offered for this event and block it.  If you get a request for a rental, you will need to check with me first.  I will pencil folks in for trailers a few months out, but won’t actually book them until the beginning of Jan.  I will update calendars once they are booked, but they may already be committed prior to the actual booking.  I cannot cancel a pending reservation.
