Sites will be powered by Sunbelt generators (30amp only).  Trailers will need to be filled with fresh water prior to delivery.  Make sure the water pump works. They will have water fills and dumps available to the contestants as needed during the event.  There is no sewer on site.

Min 3 night rental.

Flex delivery and pick up.  All trailers will have to be in place and ready to go by the end of Wed prior to event.  Some trailers will need to be placed earlier due to limited access.  Most trailers will be ready for pick up at noon on Sunday, but some will have to stay until Monday due to being blocked in.  If your trailer is also booked for the Rodeo, you’ll be able to take it directly to the Rodeo from the cookoff and you’ll be able to dump the tanks there.

Rates are as follows.  There is no dump fee charged.

Regular Teams – off-season rate (reg less 10%) plus a $75 del fee.

Committee Members – 20% disc off reg rate plus a $50 del fee.

You will need to let me know if you want your trailer to be offered for this event and block it.  If you get a request for a rental, you will need to check with me first.  I will pencil folks in for trailers a few months out, but won’t actually book them until the beginning of Jan.  I will update calendars once they are booked, but they may already be committed prior to the actual booking.  I cannot cancel a pending reservation.
