San Antonio Rodeo
Month of Feb
Delivery will start the end of Jan. Trailers will need to be in place and ready during the last week of Jan to the first week of Feb. Due to the locations we place the trailers, they all have to be placed early, but are usually only used for a few weeks during the month. The actual dates will change a bit each year.
Pick up will be the end of Feb. We will have several days to get them out. All sites will have power, either shore power or a large Sunbelt generator. Most sites will have water. Some sites will have sewer, but you will be able to use another site to dump your trailer before or after. The Rodeo will take care of refilling or dumping the trailers during the event as needed.
These rentals get a huge discount. The trailers are used by 1-2 people, mainly for sleeping for a couple of weeks. The Rodeo usually has a cleaner go through all the trailers at the end.
Only trailers with commercial MONTHLY insurance can go to the Rodeo. We do not charge a del fee, dump fee or propane fee. The Rodeo will refill the LP as needed during the event. Please make sure your LP tanks are labeled with the name of your trailer so we can make sure you get your tanks back.
Rental rate is as follows.
Reg rate x 6, no card fees
Be aware, you will be responsible for any issues your trailer has during the event. The guys at the Rodeo are very helpful in taking care of the little things, but if your AC/furnace isn’t working, the trailer has water leaks, water heater isn’t working, etc. you will be expected to go out or call someone to fix it asap.
You will need to let me know if you would like your trailer to be added to the list offered to the Rodeo. Once you agree, you need to block your trailer. I will not officially book the trailers until the beg of Jan.
