Cancellation Policy –
-CANCELLATION POLICY-
- NO REFUNDS, FOR ANY REASON, are given during Peak Season, Holidays, Events or Sold-Out dates.
Travel Insurance –
-Travel Insurance-
- Travel Insurance can provide up to 100% reimbursement of the prepaid rental cost in the event of cancellation or trip interruption due to a covered reason.
Awnings –
-Awning Agreement-
- Awnings are considered an extra and are not guaranteed before or during your rental.
- We do not offer compensation or notification if an awning is unavailable or not working. Please note that not all trailers include awnings.
Renter’s Reservation Responsibilities –
- Review all policies, terms, agreements, and trailer descriptions (online and sent by email/mail).
- Verify your information and let us know of any errors within 24 hours of booking.
- Sign & return all required forms within 3 days of making your reservation.
- Changes may be made based on availability at the time of request.
Renter’s Delivery & Setup Responsibilities–
- Double-check that all reservation details match your campground (dates, site #, trailer, etc.).
- Both the Trailer & Campsite reservations need to have matching names.
- Make sure your site can fit the trailer you selected, including size & AMPs.
- Have a placement preference? Send detailed written instructions at least 3 days before delivery for approval.
👉 Moving Fee – If a trailer needs to be moved after it’s been unhooked from the truck, an additional fee will apply.
Security Deposit –
- A deposit is required for all reservations & must be on a card.
- It will be charged 2 days before your rental begins and refunded within 7 days after your rental ends. Any extra fees during your stay (see examples below) may be deducted from the deposit.
Examples of Fees Deducted from Security Deposit –
- Cleaning fee – trailer must be returned clean (inside & appliances)
- Pet damage, smells, or hair (unapproved pets = $100 fee)
- Smoking or lingering odors
- Wet beds, carpet, or furniture
- Damages or missing items
- Equipment damage (including sewer hose & power cord ends)
- Tape applied anywhere on the trailer (inside or out)
- Moving a delivered trailer
- Overfilled holding tanks
- Climbing on the roof
- Unreported issues that occur during the rental
